By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Website. We recommend reviewing these Terms carefully before completing a purchase.
1. Order Placement and Confirmation
1.1 How Orders Work
When you submit an order through our Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price (plus applicable taxes, shipping, and fees). We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to:

4.2 Inventory

4.3 Personalized Products

Please review all personalization details (spelling, fonts, designs) carefully before submitting your order—we cannot modify personalized products once production has begun. 5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Eligibility
You may return or exchange most unused, unworn, and undamaged products (in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact) within 30 days of delivery. The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective);
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page);
- Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the Customer.
5.2 Return/Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for shipping the product back to us.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
5.4 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

- Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to comply with applicable laws, or to damages related to personal injury or property damage caused by defective products.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, riots, transportation disruptions, supply chain issues, or government regulations. We will notify you of any such delay and use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as possible.
